At MMC Golf Carts, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every cart and accessory we offer. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're committed to making your experience as smooth as possible.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return window — you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Returned with all original packaging and components
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Once your request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at sales@mmcgolfcarts.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-built or personalized golf carts and accessories
- Final sale items (where applicable)
If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out before submitting a return request.
Exchanges
For the fastest resolution, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item once your return has been approved.
European Union Customers
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, without providing a reason. Standard return conditions above still apply.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow up to 10 business days for processing
- Additional time may be required by your bank or payment provider
