Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, please allow 5–10 business days for delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, cart configuration, and carrier availability.
Shipping Confirmation
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 3 business days for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, please note that unforeseen circumstances — such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or high order volumes — may occasionally cause delays beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed where possible.
